With 4 years of dedicated experience in yoga instruction, I specialize in Astanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation. My journey began with obtaining a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification (YTC) and further specializing as a Prenatal Yoga Trainer, ensuring a holistic approach to health and wellness through yoga.

Drawing inspiration from personal experience and supported by my husband, a doctor with a keen interest in yoga, I have developed a deep understanding of the therapeutic benefits of yoga practice. Together, we have facilitated private classes that cater to individual health needs and wellness goals.

I offer personalized yoga sessions tailored to both individual and group settings, available both online and offline. Whether through one-on-one sessions or group classes, my approach emphasizes practical application, ensuring that each session is relevant and impactful for participants.

During our live sessions, I guide students through a journey of physical and mental rejuvenation, focusing on correct posture, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices. These sessions are designed to be interactive, allowing for real-time adjustments and feedback to optimize the benefits of each pose and technique.

While I do not provide formal certifications, my primary goal is to empower students to cultivate a deeper connection with themselves through the transformative power of yoga.
