I have been a banker and I retired from NABARD as Deputy General Manager. I have been a commerce graduate ie BCOM from Gorakhpur University and did my MBA in HR from ICFAI. I also completed CAIIB. I did a PG diploma in Journalism. I have experience of 40 years of banking and also experience of occasional faculty support at NABARD Staff College, KNP Road, Lucknow when I was posted as Assistant General Manager in NABARD RO, Gontinagar, Lucknow.

I have completed one cycle of the Teach India Program run by Times of India during August - November 2018. This program included a training of "train the teacher" of around 56 hours and actual teaching of 8-12 weeks. My teaching experience dates back to my college days. My style of teaching is collaborative and interactive.
