Signal waves doesnot have the enegy to carry over a long ditance.so the signal waves are mixed wave mixed with high energy carrier waves by its ampltude.that is called amplitude modulation. Modulation index=change in amplitude/original amplitude=4/6=0.666

why the frequency of light does not change when it entered into the denser medium ?

This is because frequency is the inherent property of any matter. It is fixed and specific for a particular substance. It doesn't vary as its the 'identity' of a particle or a wave.

What should be the fees for class XI and xii physics per class in Bhubaneswar?

According to me, the best fee will be the changed study pattern of the students from rote to conceptual and being able for themselves to choose what they actually want to do after 12th ( not necessarily engineering or MBBS). Thanks.
