Although it's possible to gain a basic understanding of Excel's interface and core functions in just a few hours, it can require additional time and study to master its more complex capabilities. It takes most Excel users approximately 18-20 hours to fully learn this spreadsheet application.

Suppose our Customer requires following:

An Excel Software for POS, with following functionalities:

  1. It should have an "Open List" for capturing product related information.
  2. It should have automatic bill numbering
  3. It should have Printable bill
  4. It should have a customer database form and recording
  5. It should take not more than 30 minutes of training to learn and operate
