In excel we have lot of staff and formulas, we can learn based on your requirement, in excel vlookup, hlookup, pivot table if condition, sumif ifs, countA, if ifs, data validation, etc. and we have to teach them how we are doing reports process wise, because the org structure is standard.

I think you should go with Project Management. You can do certification courses like PMI-PBA(PMI professional In Business Analysis) or Portfolio management. These specialised courses will give you an edge over others.
