But Personality development to take up jobs or survive and suceed (even if you are having the required expertise)or enhance skill sets such as, working in Teams, Target setting, Work life balance, Time managment,Role play, communication ...... require training by corporate trainers and expersts.

Dear A, Temper is like Newtons law of motion. Action has reaction. Loosing temper is response to stimuli and often associated with some background. Misunderstanding often leads to lossing temper. Communication is an art which evolves with exposure. Every individual is a diffrent person and same set of taling or communication cannot fit with every person.
