How can I overcome my shyness permanently?

It will go by regular practice, first prepare some matter of your choice, practice it by speaking loudly in silent place, speak in front of mirror, with black or white board, assume that u r giving a lesson to class & everyone is eager to listen what you are saying, don't bother what they will say, once... ...more
It will go by regular practice, first prepare some matter of your choice, practice it by speaking loudly in silent place, speak in front of mirror, with black or white board, assume that u r giving a lesson to class & everyone is eager to listen what you are saying, don't bother what they will say, once you develop confidence in yourself if possible start teaching in a school by doing this slowly all your shyness of speaking will go away & you will be a good speaker, all the best.

Hi myself Namrata, I want to learn German and English both.

That's Good, its better to join Good German & English classes, both needs good Communication skills, for English Speaking try learning by watching English news channels & Movies and find the meaning of difficult words, practice it by speaking small sentences, also watch speeches available.

As Quickly as you are ready to do so, it depends on various factors like how quick learner you are,what's your preparation, what research you need to do, speech matter, Who is your Audience, What they expect from you etc. also it is a learning process you'll become better with time & experience.
