    Sports such as weight-lifting require enormous amounts of muscular strength. The lift is one maximal effort. There is no speed involved; only how much you can lift in one go. Whilst many team sports don't use strength on its own, it does play an important role in muscular power. 
     
    It is also important for contact sports such as football, where tackling is involved. In basketball, it is important for defending and holding your own ground.

      • The number of muscle fibres recruited.
      • The cross-sectional area of the muscle.
      • The muscle fibre type.
      • Age.

Sweating is the body Mechanism to cool down the body temperature to maintain homeostasis so that it can function properly. This Sweat is composed of Water, Minerals, lactate and urea.

when water starts to evaporate, it cools down skin temperature as it is an endothermic reaction. (a reaction that absorbs heat)
so this is how sweating helps to maintain a temperature...
so u are not losing FAT u are losing mostly WATER
If sweating was melting off FAT, then people would have become super fit during Summer just by sitting
in a hot room.
For fat loss, you need to be on a calorie deficient diet.

There is a platform called udemy where u can find all types of online classes with certificate. If u get 80% of marks thn u will receive certificate. Just go through it if echocardiography training is available or not.
