I can tell you what I did to improve my grammar skills. I started reading topics of my interest in newspapers, storybooks, blogs, grammar rules and worked on it. I have learnt a lot of things such as vocabulary build-up, making sentences and a lot about grammar. I also used to learn by watching English YouTube channels and still do. I practised grammar like voice change, narration, joining etc. Follow this, and I'm sure you'll see the result. Best of luck!

The only thing that can help you is practice. Only practice can help you to enhance your fluency. I can tell you one trick. Try to find out a particular time of the day when you will be speaking only in English. Be it alone, with somebody or even outside. Just forget about fear and hesitation. Solely concentrate on speaking. It will help you to build your confidence. Do this for a month. Trust me. You'll find a difference.
