You can practise power kicking drills.Basically kicking power is associated with flexibility and momentum you gain as you lift the leg.In case of a round house kick momentum is gained by turning of waist.Improving power requires regular stretching exercises and exhaustive kick practice.Theres a saying i dont fear someone who has practised 10000 kicks once, i fear someone who has practised one kick 10000 times.Just believe in hardwork and ur kicking power will increase for sure.I hope i answered ur query.

Apart from kicking do lots of stretches, strength training exercises. Second practice the kicks on different targets, such as focus pads, speed pads, heavy bags, and shadow kicking. It was Bruce Lee who said i am not afraid of a person who knows ten thousand techniques, I am afraid of person who does one technique ten thousand times.
