Cost varies on the basis of what level of expertise you want to attain and what are your requirements. E.g. are you willing to join some scheduled courses or you are in wish to have a personal tutor. Institutes rate are quite affordable if one is willing to map with their timings. Tutor will always be a better options when you have your goal clear. Language can never be mugged or crammed up, it is realized with a lot of practice and patience. So a good teacher will help you not to waste your effort in if, but and why? It depends on the level of japanese exam you are opting for e.g. normal rate of N5 is 1000 rs. per class in Delhi and NCR nad this class fee rises with ypur level. N4 level fee may be 1500rs per four.
