hello. I would like to know which language has more demand and pay in India: German or French. and also how long will it take to learn japanese language? is it very tough to learn?

German is the most widely spoken language in Europe. Knowing German language creates business/job opportunities. So I think you should go for it.

If you think of a long term goal, then think about the Japanese & Chinese languages. Because to show your proficiency need not require graduation. Only you have to pass the proficiency test, which has no age limit or time limit. It will depend upon you to complete the proficiency test conducted by the concerned language foundation. These foundations are promoted by concerned language government agencies. These two languages help you to find good jobs in India and abroad. read less

Which ETL tool is better to go for. I have experience of 2.5 years in asp.net but I don't have interest in front end coding. Tools are R and SAS are also there for analytics. Which field pays well and have good career growth
If you are already have experience in asp .net, try picking up SSIS, SSRS etc. That makes for a very good combination.
