Hi,
The Japanese language has five levels like JLPT N5, N4, N3, N2 and N1. If we talk about the N5 level, it includes scripts, reading, writing and listening to the Japanese language. It's an 80-100 hours course, and the book I refer to is "Minna no Nihongo", which covers 1- 25 chapters. Same for N4 or N3, it will take at least 80-100 hours for each level. For job purposes, you should go at least till N3.
Thanks!

Vocabulary Words used in the Pattern

Word

Japanese

Reading

English

Readimng

I わたし Watashi
We わたしたち Watashi-Tachi
You あなた Anata
Engineer エンジニア Enjinia
Student がくせい Gakusei
India インド Indo
Suffix meaning nationality ーじん -Jin

PATTERN - Noun 1 wa Noun 2 Desu. (Noun1 は Noun 2 です。)

The particle Wa (は) indicates that the words before it is the topic of the sentence. You select a noun you want to talk about, add Wa (は) to show that it is the topic and give a statement about the topic.

Example :-

  1. Watashi wa Maiku Miraa desu.       わたしは マイク・ミラーです。            I am Mike Miller
  2. Watashi wa Enjinia desu.              わたしは エンジニアです。                  I am  an Engineer.
  3. Anata wa Gakusei desu.               あなた は がくせい です。           You are a Student.
  4. Watashi-Tachi wa Indo-Jin desu.    わたしたち は インドじん です。    We are Indians.

Nouns used with Desu(です) work as predicates.

  • Desu(です) indicates judgment or assertion.
  • Desu(です) also conveys that the speaker is being polite towards the listener.

First and foremost, earn a good reputation in the locality and the immediate vicinity.
Secondly, fees structure must be affordable. It is essential for the first few years.
Thirdly, well-furnished classroom (Air-conditioned would be better) would be an added advantage.
Last but not least, it takes years for a person to build up a good reputation but a couple of seconds. So, "honesty is the best policy" is still believed by many.

The most common Japanese honorifics are probably -san, -kun, -chan, and -sama, and they all have a different role, and are used in different situations. If you’re a little bit familiar with Japanese culture, you already know that people rarely use another person’s first name, and therefore, Japanese honorifics are tied to last names. It’s also very rude to simply call someone by their last name.

Kun- for boys

Chan- for girls
