Hi I am a music teacher how to start classes
Asked by Baishali Ghosh Last Modified
Hi Baishali.
You could start by figuring out the topics which you are going to be covering in the first couple of classes and building it from there. Make notes of the topics you are going to cover as you move forwards and before you know it you will have a basic plan ready. You could ask one of your friends to become your student where you could try what you have planned and take their inputs as well.
Once you start taking lessons after that, your students would be your best teachers as each student is different and you would understand how to cater to their needs individually. There is no preparation for that as such. So take it as you move forwards.
Best of Luck
