You should build a very strong base with your NCERT textbooks in all 3 subjects. After that you should solve previous year papers of IIT-JEE(Arihant solved papers/FIITJEE Archive etc). Now you are ready, seriously ready.

start with the basics finish ncert and ncert exemplar after that study topic wise I mean take one topic and read it in detail from BM sharma or HC verma or University Physics and then try to solve questions from IIT past papers / Coaching study material .Read standard but few books..finish them completely...

it happens everywhere. if earth applies the attraction force on object then object also applies the attraction force on earth. but due to the very less mass of object as compare to earth the object force is very small so we cant feel it
