You should build a very strong base with your NCERT textbooks in all 3 subjects. After that you should solve previous year papers of IIT-JEE(Arihant solved papers/FIITJEE Archive etc). Now you are ready, seriously ready.

Refer previous IIT question papers. Read magazines for solving maths n physics numericals. Spend more time on solving physics problems
