Can small mass object attracts large mass objects?? If yes , where does it happens in the Universe

it happens everywhere. if earth applies the attraction force on object then object also applies the attraction force on earth. but due to the very less mass of object as compare to earth the object force is very small so we cant feel it

yes they can.... F=Gm1m2/r*R, anyhing which has mass attracts each other. But gravitational force is a very weak force. So it is not felt by most bodies. It becomes signifiant only for heavenly bodies

Yes law of gravitation is applied on everything which has mass..we don't feel it because F/m in case of large objects are very small in comparison to small objects

the mass of objects on earth m is so small so the gravitational force is negligible. Objects would be attracted to each other if the mass of them is as large as that of the earth

Yes...small object also attracts large mass.for example,consider any object falling on earth.at that time object also attracts earth towards it but as the mass of object is very small ,the attraction force is small. Please let me know ,If you still have any doubt.
