Learning is a gradual process it does not happen overnight.

You should score an 8. You can also go for CELPIP test if you want to. This test is designed specifically for Canada immigration

The score needed for PR Canada depends on which province you want to go to. it also is based on the requirements from university , company or province. It is always better to check the score requirements and then get prepared for the same
