It would be quite difficult to practise speaking all the three parts on your own but you may practise part 2 (cue card - individual long turn) in front of a mirror and time yourself with a timer. You can also get it recorded on any device for feedback from any expert/tutor later.

Listening,listen regularly and practise regularly. Reading, regular reading practice, proper understanding of skipping and skimming, work on reading speed. Writing, work on grammar and accuracy, communicate your ideas clearly.
