You can ask at Google also because it also makes professional certified at many fronts and if it provides it for IELT then this is the best to do it. Second option I suggest British Council, Delhi.

Hello Smita,I would suggest better appear for IELTS exam there is formal preparation before looking, you have to improvise your Reading writing listening and speaking power. After getting a good band score, you can teach as well as can take teaching training also. It is just an advice.
