"My brother and I wanted to improve our english written and communication skills so we went to a teacher named Pratiksha. We went to her for a week and in that duration she was so impolite and ill-mannered towards us that we wanted to leave the class. We gave her 10,000 rupees before classes started and since we wanted to leave we asked for a refund. She was unable to teach us anything and did not even return the money even though we went for a week. I would never recommend taking classes from her as she is disrespectful and unchivalrous. "

"My mentor , Miss Megha she is amazing. She provide basic knowledge how language becomes more easier to learn , it's very simple and easy language because of her we will able to speak little bit in our A2 level , best teacher I have found in this institution. "
