Yoga is a passion for me.Individual sessions,designing the programme according to the need and requirement of the client, guiding to achieve better body and a healthy mind.Yoga practice under an able and experienced teacher helps in enjoying health,happiness and loving the whatever work we do in daily life. It would be a great opportunity to learn from a teacher who imparts real yoga.I am here to help people to be healthy,tension free and happy. My Core strengths are Hatha yoga,Yoga Philosophy, Meditation,Yoga Therapy, Relaxation Techniques,Yoga Nidra and psychological counselling for depression, lack of drive, poor in studies, to optimise performance at work place and also in sports, Marital problems and Health.
