I have been practicing yoga since the age of 10, and it has been an important part of my life ever since. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) from Rishikesh Atam Yogashala, where I built a strong foundation in Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Thai Yoga, and the principles of Patanjali Yoga.

As a beginner-level yoga instructor, I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and motivating environment for every student. I am open to teaching people of all age groups and offer both group sessions and personalized one-on-one yoga classes, including home visits. My focus is on helping students improve their flexibility, strength, posture, and overall well-being. I may be at the beginning of my teaching journey, but I am dedicated, passionate, and confident in giving my best to every class.
