"I am having thyroid and cervical spondylitis problem. I joined yoga classes and nearly had attended 5 months of classes and it's really worthy. Now n thyroid levels are in normal range and I don't feel any kind of pain in my back. Thank you so much madam for taking good care of me and providing very useful yoga classes. "
