I love to work with kids as it is not only teaching but also learning. I don't teach in the traditional way of teaching i.e the lecture method or demonstrative method but i have always practiced the communicative method. This helps the students to be more attentive. I create a friendly atmosphere as the pupil should feel free to express his/her doubts and its just not about teaching but teacher-student bonding which plays an important role in teaching.
