There are four trainers at the centre: a remediation teacher, an occupational therapist, a special educator, and a speech therapist, as well as an assistant remedial teacher. The remedial teacher has a B.Ed. in special courses, a B.Ed. in autism, and a master's degree in occupational therapy. Having worked in multiple organisations, Nikitha P Seelan, the institution's founder, wanted to arrange all services in one clinic centre for special students.
