"Sam taught my son swimming. My son has speech delay and I was not sure how many months he ll take to learn but am happy to tell that he learnt in a months time. Sam was patient, teaching with a smile, friendly which is very important for kids to get comfortable with. He was punctual and very accommodative with the timings. His intent is not commercial, he just wants to teach kids in the right way and advises the best. I would definitely recommend Sam. "

"He is cool and adjust overall process as per the needs of the person he is giving training to. My motto was losing that fat which I cannot get rid of. Honestly I have full confidence in his process, but as everyone knows, to achieve the goal, one has to get rid of bad eating habits, which he always asked me to concentrate on. But I couldn't give my 100% which is one of the reason my results are slow. But instead of that, I felt a difference in myself and I felt light. I can guarantee that if I follow what he is asking me to, this fat will be a past tense soon. I will recommend him to anyone who needs personal training for any reason. You need to eat meat, eggs for getting protein or else to go for a protein powder with brands like on, Musleblaze, Isopure etc. Vegetables or pluses will not help you. Better to eat fish and chicken which is safe rather than red meat Also your genetics plays an important role but don't overdose protein... ...more

Better to eat fish and chicken which is safe rather than red meat Also your genetics plays an important role but don't overdose protein you need 65 %Carbs and 15 % fats along with 25 % protein in our daily diet.

Yes why not. It is the only sport where you can enjoy and learn any time. Age is no bar.

Hey Mayank, first control your diet as it is 80% of the task. Then once you put down the weight, start running say alternate days and cycling so five days running, and cycling. Get the hang of it later after three months hit the gym it will be helpful. Also, start pushup and squats.
