I am a certified Yoga instructor with 4 years of experience in both practicing and teaching Yoga. My approach to Yoga is deeply rooted in both tradition and modern wellness practices, enabling me to connect with students from various age groups and fitness backgrounds. Over the years, I have seen my students achieve enhanced flexibility, improved fitness, and greater mental clarity through consistent practice.

Academically, I hold a Postgraduate degree in Yoga and have completed both 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certifications. These have equipped me with in-depth knowledge of yogic philosophy, asanas, pranayama, and meditation. I also specialize in therapeutic yoga, and have worked with individuals managing back pain, stress, anxiety, and various lifestyle-related health issues. My sessions are designed to be supportive, healing, and empowering.

Beyond Yoga, I am a certified Zumba instructor and also have training in Pilates, allowing me to offer a more holistic fitness experience. This combination helps me cater to a wider range of fitness and wellness goals, blending dynamic movement with mindful practice.

I am comfortable teaching both online and offline, based on the student’s preference. I use presentations and visual aids where required to ensure clear instruction and engagement. My classes aim to create a balanced experience—nurturing both the body and mind through structured, adaptable, and compassionate guidance.
