Delivering Practical ServiceNow HRSD Solutions at Cprime Inry, a Goldman Sachs-Everstone Venture
I’m a Computer Science Engineer currently working as an Associate Consultant at Cprime Inry—a joint venture between Goldman Sachs and Everstone. In my role, I serve as the primary technical implementer for ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) and Portal configurations, delivering full-scale, end-to-end implementations for enterprise clients across various industries. While I haven’t formally taught before, my experience is rooted in real-world problem-solving. I’ve learned by doing—through late-night troubleshooting, iterative design, and direct client feedback. As someone who’s actively in the trenches of modern digital transformation, I offer a learning experience that’s grounded, relatable, and highly practical. Over the course of 4+ major HRSD implementations, I’ve built and managed solutions that scale—handling large volumes of data while ensuring performance and system reliability. From designing enterprise-grade onboarding workflows and lifecycle events to configuring advanced case and knowledge management in Employee Center Pro and Agent Workspace, I’ve covered the full breadth of what it takes to make HR systems intuitive and impactful. On the front end, I’ve crafted fully branded and engaging ServiceNow portals using 1000+ lines of custom CSS, HTML, and custom widgets—tailored not just for usability, but also to align with specific client identity and business goals. In the back end, I’ve integrated AI tools to power intelligent ticket routing, dynamic knowledge surfacing, and faster resolution times—pushing the platform beyond traditional workflows. I’ve been deeply involved across the entire SDLC—leading requirement gathering sessions, performing gap analyses, configuring, scripting, testing, deploying, and continuously optimizing solutions post-go-live. Every lesson I’ve learned has come from hands-on, client-facing work. What I bring to the table isn’t just technical skill—it’s the ability to explain, simplify, and translate complexity. I’ve worked closely with HR teams and business stakeholders, so I understand the importance of clear communication and human-centered design.
