I have been studying, practising, and teaching yoga for the past four years. I completed my Teacher Training from World Peace Yoga School in Rishikesh in 2020, where I received a solid foundation in traditional yogic practices and philosophy.

I am well-versed in various styles of yoga, including Hatha Yoga, Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Yin Yoga (healing and restorative), and Kundalini Yoga. Over time, I have developed a deep understanding of not just the practice, but also the philosophy behind it — especially in the areas of pranayama, meditation, and the “what, why, who, and when” of yoga.

I specialize in one-on-one personal training, where I tailor practices to suit an individual’s body constitution, mental disposition, and lifestyle. My approach is both intuitive and informed, drawing from the classical roots of yoga while adapting to the needs of modern life.

I believe that yoga is not just a physical discipline but a holistic path to inner clarity, balance, and well-being — and I am passionate about guiding others on this journey.
