I am a physiotherapist by profession from the University of Mumbai. I am passionate about teaching yoga and am an internationally certified yoga instructor. I have taught several adults and children abroad and in India since the past 10 years.

I am an art history researcher, photography enthusiast and painter/installation artist, film analyser . I am willing to give online classes as well,I have degree of bachelor of visual arts in painting and photography.

I am pursuing MFA in university of Hyderabad . I completed my BFA from Banaras Hindu University. I specialized in painting and I have 6 year experience in this field . I have done many landscape, portrait, drawing sketches. I like various medium basically oil color , water color , acrylic color , soft pastel, oil pastel. I have done many commercial and project art work across India. I have done 10x15fit mural on wall in Varanasi. I did my art work on paper, canvas, wall, zinc plate wood panel. I know also clay modeling and made some creative things I have good knowledge in contemporary art.

10 years of Professional experience as Painting Teacher conducting Painting tuitions covering various mediums such as water colour, oil colour, Oil /Dry pastels, colour Pencils, Charcoal. 6+ years of professional experience as Art Teacher in Abu Dhabi Indian School, Abu Dhabi.

I always very much fond to teaching art and want to stay in this academics in further as teacher or lecturer of Art. Teaching art to people always gives me a lot of motivation and ideas to develop my own art practice. It’s never boring or monotones’. I don’t believe spoon feeding in art teaching. That doesn’t help children atall.I always try to create a space and an atmosphere of art that could help children to understand and develop the creative mind. Art always need freedom to express. Though I believe every children are artist but art in schools are not to make children a professional artist, it’s to develop their mind and imaginations and also being creative in not only art but also in their whole life. A creative mind always very helpful to understand the world and judge them perfectly. It’s enhanced their acceptance in many ways in their life. Its overall helps them to be a better human being in future. Like the great quote of Picasso- “Every child is an artist, the problem is staying an artist when you grow up...”
