I am a Yoga instructor with 5 years of experience, dedicated to helping students improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being through personalized yoga sessions. My teaching focuses on asanas, pranayama, meditation, and overall lifestyle practices to create a balanced and healthy life.

I have completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga from Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University, Hyderabad, Telangana. This advanced training has equipped me with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, enabling me to guide students safely and effectively across different levels of yoga practice.

Over the years, I have worked as a Yoga Teacher at Don Bosco High School, Ramannapet, where I trained students of various age groups. Additionally, I conduct online yoga classes, making my sessions accessible to learners from diverse locations, including those who prefer learning from the comfort of their homes.

I have also been actively involved in community-oriented yoga initiatives, conducting free yoga sessions in government schools and colleges. One of the most fulfilling experiences in my career was leading a yoga session on International Yoga Day at a Government Hospital under the Ayush Department, where I could contribute to promoting health and wellness at a larger scale.

My teaching approach is personalized and student-focused, aiming to address individual needs and goals. I emphasize proper alignment, mindful practice, and gradual progression in asanas, while integrating pranayama and meditation to enhance mental clarity and relaxation.
