"How is she still in business if she has no license? Is this a joke? or a lie that this woman made up to escape providing me with a certificate. Course was good but her license has lapsed so she demanded that I make-do with an email from her incase an employer seeks proof. I was blocked by her so I can not even contact her anymore. I have launched a complaint with consumer complaints in India and am awaiting a response. I did not fail to mention the fact that she has no active license and has an address in Udaipur for the classes! absolutely disgruntled by her response to a request for certificate. So unprofessional of an entrepreneur so promise a certificate for all as she knew I was doing this because I wanted to pursue a career in this industry and yet refused. I won't let this go easily since I have paid over a lakh to learn many cuisines over the course of 2 years. Shikha, make sure you tell your future students you have no active license to provide because maybe they are doing it to pursue a career in the field! Be a little bit more professional and better than that. "

Professional Non Veg Course

"I have attended the professional cakes class would like to share the feedback with you all: shikha is very friendly and tells you every thing very nicely , also as you made the cake by your self you will get the confidence of making it alone at home. The doll cake which i made in the class i took it home every one in the family likes it very much it tastes as if you have bought it from the bakery itself.the look of the doll was so preety even my 10 months old child wants to feel it and play with it... "
