My journey in yoga began with a formal education, having obtained a Diploma in Hatha Yoga Level 1. This qualification has equipped me with a solid foundation in traditional Hatha Yoga techniques, which I have since applied and expanded upon through years of personal practice and teaching.

My teaching career is characterized by a personalized approach to instruction. I specialize in offering personal yoga classes that are tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of each student. I conduct both online and offline sessions, providing flexibility to accommodate different schedules and preferences. My offline classes take place in RK Puram, where I have established a comfortable and serene environment conducive to yoga practice. For those who prefer the convenience of practicing from home, I also offer online classes, allowing students to benefit from personalized instruction regardless of their location.

Classes are scheduled from 7 am to 12 pm, ensuring that students have ample opportunity to find a time that fits their routine. Each session lasts for one hour and is focused on practical aspects of Hatha Yoga, including asanas, pranayama, and meditation. My approach is hands-on and interactive, with each session designed to help students achieve a greater sense of physical well-being and mental clarity.
