I have been teaching yoga for the past 10 years and have worked with students from diverse age groups, ranging from young children to senior citizens. Yoga, for me, is not just a physical practice but a holistic way of life that integrates the body, mind, and breath. Through my teaching, I aim to help individuals improve their overall health, mental clarity, and quality of life in a sustainable and balanced manner.

I hold an M.Sc. in Yoga from Aurora University, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Yoga from Annamalai University and a Yoga Instructor Course certification from S-Vyasa. These academic and professional qualifications have given me a strong foundation in yogic philosophy, anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic applications of yoga. This blend of theory and practice allows me to guide students with both confidence and scientific understanding.

Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in teaching yoga to students between the ages of 5 and 70. I have worked closely with individuals dealing with various health conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, stress, anxiety, sciatica, PCOD, and rheumatoid arthritis. My experience in yoga therapy has helped me understand how to modify practices safely and effectively according to individual health needs.

I strongly believe that every individual requires a personalized approach to yoga. I design customized yoga and fitness programs based on a student’s age, health condition, lifestyle, and personal goals. My sessions focus on improving flexibility, strength, breathing awareness, and mental balance, while also promoting long-term well-being rather than quick results.

I conduct both online and offline sessions, making yoga accessible to students regardless of location. My teaching style is calm, attentive, and practice-oriented, ensuring that students perform asanas correctly and understand their purpose. I emphasize consistency, mindful practice, and gradual progress to help students build confidence in their yoga journey.

Currently, I am actively engaged in research in the field of yoga, which I plan to complete soon. I look forward to sharing the outcomes and any associated recognitions once the research is finalized.
