I would like to make children learn and understand the concepts rather than mugging up the concepts and writing them in their examinations . I will allocate extra time for the students those are a bit slower in picking up the concepts and will try to explain more number of times if they want me to. Finally, I will strive hard to improve their grades and overall development as a person in the society.
