I have been associated with T.I.M.E. for last 16 years as an Academic Head. Research and development is also very important for the students through this they got a chance to explore themselves. project development either separate or in a group anyhow force them to deal with the concepts practically.this is the best way of learning. lessons ,test papers are the means through which their level of understanding can be checked and worked on it. extra classes i took for those students who was unable to capture the topics in the class or for slow learner.
