I believe in striking a balance between theory and application, helping students not only understand accounting principles but also apply them in real-world scenarios. I prefer working with individuals or small groups so that I can give personalized attention and ensure no student feels left behind. Classes usually run for 1 to 1.5 hours, providing ample time to cover theory, practice problems, and discuss doubts in depth. My teaching methodology is rooted in practical application. I emphasize real-life examples and case studies to help students connect textbook concepts with actual business practices. This approach helps them retain knowledge longer and perform better in exams. I also encourage regular problem-solving sessions and make sure students get hands-on experience with balance sheets, journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements. Though I have not sought out awards or recognition, the success of my students has been my biggest reward. I’ve seen students who initially struggled with basic concepts gradually develop a solid command over the subject, which makes teaching incredibly satisfying for me. I prefer to teach offline, where I can better interact with students and observe their learning closely.
