I have good experience.

I don't have Teaching experience in schools or colleges. But I have got Good training experience/exposure with respect to my previous work for 8 years (Software Development and Testing). I used to train all freshers in my team about project and technology. As a part of it, I have trained for about 20 people in that. I am confident in whatever training I conduct and train with commitment. People used to come on board very quickly and with 100% clarity on the subject. I have got little experience in Soft skills training too. I used to train people on different software technologies too apart from the project domain. Most importantly, I can teach people with more practical perspective. So, they will be more confident in what they learn and can easily get through the jobs.

My teaching involves more of practical knowledge. Application of things what is been taught. If it electronics then I basically teach with a bread board and components with me making it live and to make students experiment by themselves.
