10 Yrs in Teaching, Conduct Batch Of Two Kids, One-to-One classes. ShortTermPrep & LongTermClasses.

You should start with basic java problems, hire a teacher, someone who can guide you through the basics, slowly move towards a little challenging problems. This process may take 4-6 months before you are job ready (java along with DSA). A continuous endevour will definitely change things.
