Mr Sumit, everything is fine. You need open space, registration of documents, go with all the legal and technical procedure as per government rules and regulations. But the other handi you have to be a good skilled, experienced trainer, if you have these qualities then it will be a plus point for you, otherwise first start with any organization and gain it, Once you set your standards, then you can independently open with your Fitness Academy.
