Give him time and support. If you put pressure on him, he will take studies only as a burden, just stay calm and show confidence in him, tell him, he is capable of doing everything, tell him its okay to fail, he can score good in the next test. Play more with him, Focus on his happiness. And teach him... ...more

How much time will it take for me to speak English very fluently? Currently I know English but I cannot speak fluently.

A good teacher can help you with that. You just need to get over the hesitation part. If you want to work it out yourself then, have the courage to make mistakes, remember ' Only those generals have won the battle, who weren't afraid to loose.'

Read English, Try to talk in English and watch English programs. Say No to hesitation, it is absolutely fine to make mistakes, correct them and be confident.
