My son is studying in 2nd class but he is not concentrating in studies, he does not listen properly too. Psychologist are suggesting to go for remedial teaching. Can any one please help us to improve my kid to concentrate in studies.?

Hi Ramesh, I have some personal experience with following things. You may try them. You can find some YouTube videos with following keyword search- guided meditation for kids, breathing, mindfulness. On an average meditating for 15 min improves mindfulness, concentration and memory. This may take a little time but the effects are wonderful. You can encourage him to meditate in the morning and just before he starts studies. Please make sure that the video contains concentrating on breathing and mindfulness. Because there are lot of videos available for different purposes e.g. improve sleep quality (you definitely don't need to go for those). Also, make sure that voice of the person who is guiding in the video is pleasant. You can continue making him do this along with the other options. If done regularly you may see the difference in 8-10 days. read less
