Which hand should one learn the guitar with?

It's depends upon you. If you are righty than go for right hand guitar. If you are lefty than go for left hand guitar.

Guitar Tutor With Experience of 7years

Right hand guitars are most commonly available. So the Plectrum should be in right hand, to play the strings or stumm. And left hand will be moving on fret board of guitar(left hand used to press strings).

the best way is to decide what is right for you. As any serious guitar player will tell you, the hand that does most of the work is the left hand (the hand pressing down on the frets), but for all us right-handed players we are using our weaker hand to do the hard work and our stronger hand to strum.
