if u r sitting than u have to put the curve of guitar on thigh and dont fold the legs and proper lock it with u r right hand or left hand in case u r left handed. no problem for standing play u need only belt of guitar

Use a guitar Belt and hang the instrument on your shoulder . It will be a good practice if you want to perform on shows.
