Flamenco guitars are western classical guitars and very similar to Spanish guitar. In flamenco style we play diff fingerstyle and generally play with Capo.

It's impossible. If you are fully dedicated even then it will take probably 3-5 months to clear your basics. You have to give minimum 6 months if you want to clear you basic stuff and minimum 1 year if want to play decently.
