the choice of woods, the intonation, the fretboard, size, weight, neck shape/profile, cutaway or dreadnought, fretboard relief, fret finishing, and of course, the price. don't go blindly for brands, the approach should be one guitar at a time. if it feels great, plays comfortably, then go for it. also...
