There is only one way to play fast is to play clean at slow speed , then gradually increase the speed.

If you want to learn a guitar fastly then take one lesson and do so much practice I mean give more and more time in practice

Make friendship with metronome and patience and always start with your comfort zone and then increase your speed gradually, choose what you want to play make slots of each exercise, and always enjoy your pravprac sessions
