There is only one way to play fast is to play clean at slow speed , then gradually increase the speed.

If you want to learn a guitar fastly then take one lesson and do so much practice I mean give more and more time in practice

The only problem is without a teacher you will not know if you are doing the things the right way as you tube is a one way street! The more time you spend the faster you can learn how to play the guitar. If you feel you need help it would help to start classes with a teacher.
