Rema there is nothing like screws to be band for best sound. It actually refers to the tuning of guitar and how well you play it

those are called tuning keys , they should be tune properly use a guitar tuner to tune it it will be helpfull

First of all, it totally depends on your practice and how much time you dedicate to the instrument and second, if you do so properly, then I can complete basic guitar syllabus in 3 months.
