Guitar picks are personal preference.like the size of the pen you use for writing.I personally prefer jazz3 picks. It is difficult to play at high speeds with a thin pick.but go with whatever works best for you .

Learn to play the Guitar quicker and easier than most beginners

Guitar picks are a personal preference. There is no such advantage of a thin or thick one. It's all trial and error and what works best for you. I personally prefer 0.80- 1mm
