Learning German in 70 days is possible only when you learn from private institutes i.e Intensive course which is kind of rigorous learning. Upto A2 levels can be completed if classes are held regularly for 4 to 5 hours daily up to 2 months. Ideally each level of language requires minimum 80 hours of learning and maximum 160 hours with good practice. Check if Goethe Institute in your city offers intensive course.
